Labour laws and the development of micro, small and medium enterprises - ILO 2012

The handbook is most suitable for use by participants who have attended ILO’s Labour Law Nexus training sessions. It is also a reference material for the training of trainers as well as participants. The broad objective of the paper is to enhance the capacity of the MSMEs to have a broader understanding of the Labour Laws and progressively create an enabling environment for compliance. Its main focus is to create awareness on the need for decent jobs from Matatu industry through innovative implementation strategies by legal and regulatory agencies.
