First interim report on database - Information system for observation network to natural disaster and risk reduction: Database architecture

The goal of the report  is to elaborate architecture of information system including local and mobile system allowing collecting, analyze and visualize necessary information for actors in managing natural risk and disaster, as compiled by Cooperzione Internazionale, in the project "Providing Geographical Information Systems (GIS) technical support for Disaster Risk Reduction programmes implemented by DIPECHO partners in the South East African and South West Indian Ocean region".
