Justice sector strategy

Dear all, working for the EU delegation to Somalia, we are about to fund the justice sector strategy drafting for the next 5 years. Would be super keen to get examples of good strategies and furthermore good example of the consultation and drafting process? of course, will be happy to share final results of the somalia strategy.
