Ethiopia Country Programming Paper to end drought emergencies in the Horn of Africa (Ministry of Agriculture, 2012)

In 2012 the Government of Ethiopia (GoE) through the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) and based on the IDDRSI framework developed its Country Program Paper (CPP) as the strategy and framework for resilience initiatives and actions in Ethiopia.

This paper has 6 components namely; 1: Natural Resources Management; 2: Market and Trade Access; 3: Livelihood and Basic Services Support; 4: Pastoral Disaster Risk Management; 5: Research and Knowledge Management and 6: Conflict Prevention, Management and Peace Building.

Therefore the CPP is the GoE strategy and framework developed for the resilience interventions in the country.
