Manual “Proposals to link Migration and Employment policies"

This manual makes proposals for action to develop migration policies capable of reinforcing the experiences of migrants, giving them form and follow-up based around several themes (return and reintegration of migrants, link between migration and employment, self-employment in Latin America, female migration and skilled migration). In addition it presents the required methodology to implement the link between Migration and Employment.
