Thanks very much for sharing this.
I would also recommend this study on Using Knowledge Exchange for Capacity Development: What Works in Global Practice? (2011)by the Korea Development Institute and World Bank Institute, which draws from three different South-South knowledge exchange programs to gather lessons that inform global capacity development practice.
Hi all
I also wanted to share this Knowledge Exchange toolbox which we created in UNICEF. It has fewer tools than the World Bank toolbox (which we are big fans of) but it does go into more depth on how to use each technique for facilitators and includes a handy guide on what tools and approaches to use for which purpose.
Here is a link: https://www.unicef.org/knowledge-exchange/index_82053.html
Do let us know if you have any feedback on the toolbox or any stories to share on how you have used it.
Great tools!
