High Level Seminar on Joint Programming

France organised a High Level Seminar on Joint Programming in Brussels on November 8th, 2012, hosted by the French Deputy Minister for Development, Pascal Canfin. As well as speeches by the Minister and the EU's Development Commissioner, Andris Piebalgs, the Seminar featured a number of country case presentations.
