Unlocking the full potential of the blue economy: Are African Small Island Developing States ready to embrace the opportunities?

This paper highlights the climate change and development challenges specific to the African Small Island Development States (SIDS). The paper underlines challenges as well as possible opportunities, paing particular focus to the different economic sectors of SIDS.  We like this paper for its focus on linking climate change policy with development. We recommend both to anyone interested in: vulnerability and adaptation in SIDS; links between adaptation and development, and; green growth.
