Evans Owino

I’m a Food Security and Rural Development expert with extensive experience in Sub-Saharan Africa. I’m currently working for Hope Agency for Rural Development (HARD) as a Programme Manager in South Sudan. I hold BS in Agricultural Economics and MS in Research Methods and also Certified Public Accountant of Kenya. I have worked in Kenya, Cameroon, Tanzania and South Sudan. I’m passionate about implementing innovative solutions that to enable smallholders increase productivity and participate in value chains for better returns. Lately, based on my working experience, I have developed interest in climate change and how it impacts on livelihoods.
