The Export Helpdesk is an online service, provided by the European Commission, to inform business in developing countries on how to export to the EU. 
 
Just in a few clicks, business can find:
How? 
It provides business with the full list of requirements its product needs to fulfill to enter the EU market
How much? 
It calculates the import tariff applying to its product and informs business if a preferential tariff applies in its specific case
How to obtain a preferential tariff? 
It explains the preferential trade agreements applying to its product and country and informs on how to implement them
It also explains how to prove the origin of a product
With whom can I do business? 
It provides business with a list of EU trade contacts
Who is importing/exporting?
It assists market research by providing detailed statistics on EU trade flows product-by-product
