Train4Dev (2011) Harmonisation, Decentralisation, Local Governance: Assessing local governance and decentralisation

This session provides guidance on identifying appropriate local governance assessment tools and acting on their results. Based on the case of Rwanda, it also considers the potential of joint local governance assessments for increasing aid effectiveness.
