Sustainable Building Policies in Developing Countries (SPOD) Brief

The Sustainable Buildings Policies in Developing Countries (SPOD) initiative is run by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to assist governments at national and local levels to develop policy tools in support of mainstreaming sustainable construction and building approaches, resulting in reduced carbon footprints from buildings. This brief explains a little more about the initiative.
