Special Report on General Budget Support, EU Court of Auditors, 2010

While identifying weaknesses and formulating recommendations, the EU Court of Auditors recognizes that the management of general budget support programmes by the Commission in three regions (ACP, Latin America and Asia) has significantly improved compared to previous audit findings and that the Commission is already in the process of improving its guidance in this regard.
