Pan Asia-Africa RBM&E Forum, Bangkok 16-18 September, 2013

The Pan Asia-Africa RBM&E Forum is a Learn MandE initiative. Both Learn MandE and the RBM&E Forum were co-founded by David Hearle, formerly Director of IMA International UK,and now Director of the Effective Development Group (EDG, GRM International), and Lesley Williams (PhD), Director of Learn MandE and Solutions for Effective Development (SfED Ltd), a development training and consulting company, and former Director (BoD) of Learning Media Ltd  New Zealand.

This year the 2013 RBM&E Forum is again being organised and hosted by Learn MandE in Bangkok from Monday 16 September until Wednesday 18 September, 2013. It is also being coordinated with the Effective Development Group’s Conference on Measuring the Intangibles that will be held immediately after the Forum (EDG Conference 19-20 September, 2013) and in the same hotel, the Eastin at Makkasan, Central Bangkok.
