Making high risk missions in Syria seem like a family gatherings. Having the patience and tenacity to negotiate for days and nights if it meant we could rescue someone or have access to feed the hungry. A life-loving role model who reminds us of both the immense value and the enormous fun in what we do. RIP Ayman Omar, our friend and hero.
