Policy briefs on social transfers. Implementing social transfers: Ten key messages

The RHVP programme published a series of policy briefs that aim to improve understanding and awareness of questions about the definition and the implementation of social transfers (design, targets, supply mechanisms, costs, implementation). The main objective is to show the importance of bringing a comprehensive long-term response for sustainably reducing vulnerability, supplying information on experiences and learning lessons from them.
