FAO Briefing Note No. 3 : Integrated food security and humanitarian phase classification (IPC) framework

This briefing note presents the Integrated Food Security and Phase Classification (IPC). It is illustrated by an analysis of the implementation of this framework in Somalia. The strengths and weaknesses are identified to conclude on possible solutions to implement longer-term integrated framework in another country.
