Seminar on EU State and Resilience Building Contracts – Taking stock to look forward

The External Evaluation of EU State Building Contracts (2012-2018) is the first and largest thematic evaluation of EU budget support. Its conclusions provide a great opportunity to take stock of the EU provision of budget support in fragile settings or post-crisis/disaster contexts and to think forward on how to improve our support and foster countries’ resilience. The Seminar is jointly organised by INTPA D4 and INTPA E1. It will involve partner countries, international institutions and civil society sharing their experience in such situations. This discussion will feed into the on-going reflection on the post COVID-19 Global Recovery Initiative.
