TRANSrisk Report: "Report on Social Discourse Analyses and Social Network Analyses"

Read the latest TRANSrisk report which demonstrates a framework to analyse agency and power dynamics on socio-technological transitions, as well as a methodological toolkit to apply the framework in practice.

More specifically, this report sets out an approach to better analyse how stakeholders act to shape and constrain innovation processes and associated transition pathways, within climate change mitigation pathways.

The framework and toolkit have been applied to the case of biogas development in Bali, Indonesia.

The developed toolkit could be used to look at cases outside the realm of low-carbon transitions where actors seek to influence processes of change.
