Learning and Development Hub Report, Ljubljana 2017
An overview of processes and ideas that support learning from monitoring and evaluation during DEAR projects implementation - this was the objective of the Ljubljana Learning and Development Hub which has taken place in March 2017.
We share now the report with an array of ideas, tools and recommendations from the DEAR projects that have involved an external evaluator before the end of the project.

Interesting document! It is always stimulating to know how other organizations approach common challenges! I will organize an internal workshop to discuss this document and reflect on how we usually deal with the same challenges
