Informal coordination of international S&T policy: The Case of the European Initiative for Agricultural Research for Development (2010)
The chapter provides a presentation of EIARD followed by lessons drawn on the positive and negative drivers for such a coordination mechanism. It concludes on their usefulness for other international research sectors with a view to the construction of the European Research Area.
