Sharing the report from Ljubljana L&D Hub

An overview of processes and ideas that support learning from monitoring and evaluation during DEAR projects implementation - this was the objective of the Ljubljana Learning and Development Hub that toke place in March 2017.

We share now the report with an array of ideias, tools and recommendations from the DEAR projects that have involved an external evaluator before the end of the project.
