Results/Performance-Based Financing – Policy Paper and Guidelines for Public Use

The Centre for Global Development recently published a Policy Paper that reflects on the experience and lessons learned in attempting to operationalise Results/Performance Based Financing (RBF/PBF) within the EU external action.

Appendix 1 of the Policy Paper provides Guidelines on the operationalisation of RBF/PBF with key principles and processes. The guidance provided should be broadly relevant to all funders of official development assistance (ODA).
