Important communication only for Consortia Leaders of the Framework Contracts SIEA 2018 and AUDIT 2018!

Dear Leaders of the respective Consortia,

We would like to inform you that in the context of the Single Electronic Data Interchange Area (SEDIA), the European Commission assigns to all candidates and tenderers a Participant Identification Code (PIC) as unique identifier of their organisation, which then allows them to use a single entry point to operate, communicate and exchange information with its services.

Therefore, as Leader of your consortium, you need to:

1. Register your organisation and obtain a PIC by following the link below

   https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/how-to-participate/participant-register

   Registration is mandatory and free of charge, and it takes less than 10 minutes.
   If you already have a PIC, you can skip this step. 
    

2. Contact all members of the consortium and invite them to obtain a PIC as well.
3. Provide us with your PIC number and the PIC numbers of the members of your Consortium at the e-mail address EC-SEDIA-SUPPORT@ec.europa.eu by the 15/01/2019.
