Liberia’s revised Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs)
Liberia has submitted its updated Nationally Determined Contributions to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in August 2021 after a careful in-country review by all relevant stakeholders. The in-country reviews were conducted by the NDC partnership, which comprises the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the European Union funded Long Term Technical Assistance to the EPA Project, the United Nations Development Program, Conservation International and in-country experts.
The European Union is supporting low emissions development activities in the country particularly the implementation of Liberia’s revised Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC).
