Title of RWP: Improvement of Compliance, Monitoring and Enforcement.

Brief Description: This project will look at ways that will improve the CME (Compliance, Monitoring and Enforcement Section) which mainly focuses on existing policies and regulations that needed to review. In addition is the recruitment of new officers and to establish a new office for the island of Savaii.
