The Human Dynamics Implementation Department is responsible for the smooth execution of multi-million EUR consulting projects totalling some 60 MEUR funded by international donors across a broad spectrum, ranging from Economics, Energy, Environment, Justice and Home Affairs as well as Regulatory Affairs to Good Governance and Civil Society.

My role includes the management of all aspects of large project engagement include sustained value creation for clients and to mitigate against any risk, to provide project management and backstopping services, predominantly for EU financed service contracts. The role involves building client relationships in order to meet company targets for growth and profitability and to lead all staff of the department (20+).
