AFRETEP: integrating support tools for a sustainable energy development in Africa

Last 8th September, the African Renewable Energy Technology Platform (AFRETEP) was presented at the 25th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition / 5th World Conference on Photovoltaic Energy Conversion. The Platform activities and goals were explained as well as the results of a preliminary study in which several rural electrification options were compared.
