Capacity development process going beyond the scope: the Cs model

Based on the five core capabilities ('5Cs'), this approach intends to operationalise capacity development not only in relation to the capacity indicators and possible logical paths for CD assessment, but also in the process as such which may lead to the creation of capacities and behavioural change.
