Lecturer on Programme and Project Design and Evaluation, Pisa University, and coordinator of the Evaluation Module, Master on Project Planning and Cooperation, Roma Sapienza University.
Author of a book on programme and project design that was officially launched in May 2004 at the Representation of the European Commission in Rome. Finalisaton of a Model for Modest Planning (MMP), applied for planning (and related training activities) by the consultant and other specialists and institutions. Co-author of four FAO Handbooks on participatory appraisal and territorial management published in the period 2000-2014.
