The EU SWITCH TO GREEN initiative:

Promoting an inclusive green economy that generates growth, creates jobs and helps reduce poverty

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development highlights the need to decouple economic growth from environmental degradation and to ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns. The conference will present the SWITCH TO GREEN initiative (http://www.switchtogreen.eu), designed to address these priorities, focusing in particular on the Partnership for Action on Green Economy (www.un-page.org).
