UN Environment-WCMC Annual Report 2016

The report highlights our continued commitment to place biodiversity and ecosystem services at the heart of decision-making. We supported 83 countries in revising their National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans, undertook the first comprehensive analysis of CITES trade in the Amazonian region and through the Proteus Partnership delivered key global biodiversity data sets into development decisions.
