Proposals for implementation of the river basin management appoach in Turkmenistan

This report by expert suggests the approaches for implementation of the river basin management approach in Turkmenistan, including institutional aspects and division of the country into river basins. Report was presented to the national NPD expert group which was analysing the necessary legal changes for implementation of IWRM principles.
