Capacity Development support for CSOs

On 9th - 10 February 2012, the Neighbourhood Civil Society Facility Regional Seminar for ENPI countries took place in Brussels and brought together civil society focal persons from EU Delegations across the ENPI to share experiences and discuss practical ways in which to engage more strategically with civil society.
