17th April 12.30-2.00 pm: Feedback webinar with Implementing partners and EC staff on the 2nd test phase

Dear Implementing Partners and Colleagues,

Thank you for your cooperation in participating to the test phase of the "Results" module of OPSYS.

Webinar of 17 April  from 12.30 to 2.30 pm

The purpose of the webinar is to receive and discuss your feedback about the test phase of the results and monitoring module to which you who took part during the months of February/March.

It will be organised in English and will be open to both implementing partners who volunteered as well as EU staff in DG DEVCO, NEAR and FPI in both EU Delegations and HQ. You will participate from behind your desks.

During this webinar, your feedback about the application will be discussed for the benefit of all internal and external users. The experience you shared will help improving the results and monitoring module and the Opsys programme at large.

Attached you will find one guide explaining how to connect as an external user and another guide explaining how to connect as an  internal user.  The guide in .pdf format provides a useful overview of the application.
