When an SME wins an SME-Instrument funding award we organise business innovation coaching which is offered as part of the support package. We organise that the beneficiaries are visited by account managers from the regional EEN branch to assess the coaching priorities. On that basis the company will select a matching coach, who will focus on strengthening business strategy and company's organisation to commercialise the innovation at hand. We take care that qualified coaches are available in all Europe, that they are properly instructed for the job, and that they are contracted and reimbursed for their efforts.
