Have you forgotten your password?

To request a new password, follow these quick steps:

  1. Select the LOGIN link that appears on the top right of any page
  2. Under the two empty text fields, click on the link that mentions: 'If you forgot your login or password, you can recover it here.'
  3. Then you see a new form:
    1. enter your username or e-mail address
    2. complete the CAPTCHA
    3. click on the E-mail new password  button
  4. Check your inbox: you should have received a new notification email. Open it and click on the link
  5. You will be directed to the Capacity4dev platform:
    1. confirm the link
    2. update/repeat your password
    3. and save

Then you see a new form:

  1. enter your username or e-mail address
  2. complete the CAPTCHA
  3. click on the E-mail new password  button

A confirmation message will then appear:

The notification sent to your inbox includes a 24-hour password reset link that will direct you to capacity4dev
- Select the Log in button to continue:

You will be directed to your profile where you will be asked to update your password.

Scroll down to your account settings and type in a new password - type it again to confirm the password;
