GROUPS

GROUPS offer a collaborative space for Capacity4dev Members to exchange knowledge around a common theme - a small community where Members can stay informed and contribute to a specific issue.

In addition to this environment, Groups offer unrestricted access to tools, such as a Document Library, Discussion Space, Event Calendar, Wiki, Media and a Member section.

 

Depending on the needs of each group, 3 access levels are available:

Icon for the public access level

Public Groups offer an environment where members can freely exchange with the wider community - this group type is visible to everyone, both Capacity4dev members and guest visitors.

Icon for the restricted access level

Restricted Groups offer a secure space for cross learning and sharing between organisations. You can set the audiance to a defined organisation and/or define specific e-mail domain(s) that can access and view this environment.

Icon for the private access level

Private Groups offer a secure space for sensitive information - visibility and access are exclusively based on invitation alone.
