Edit your profile
Your profile contains your member profile data, including your:

Personal info (name and surname, job title, Organisation, Organisation type, and country you are based in)

Your account (passwords)
-
Your Public Profile (About you, your expertise, your interests: topics/sub-topics & Regions/countries, picture)
To edit your profile, access your profile page via the user bar:
E-MAIL ADDRESS (details: EU staff)
To edit your e-mail address, you must enter and confirm your password before saving:
You will receive two notification e-mails to your old and new e-mail addresses. To confirm your new email address, select the activation link to verify the change.
YOUR PERSONAL INFO
Your personal info appears on your profile and in member lists throughout the site:
Members who belong to an organisation will notice certain fields are automatically pre-filled; these fields display with a grey background and are not editable (find out more on organisations).
YOUR ACCOUNT
Your password is encrypted and safe. The Current password field is required when updating your e-mail address. To update your password, just enter and confirm the password:
YOUR PUBLIC PROFILE
Your public profile details appear on your profile. We recommend you add some information about you:
Then you can indicate your thematic expertise (more on expertise):
Your interests will be used to help you filter activity based on your specific thematic or geographic interests (more on filtering). You can select up to 3 topics of interest and unlimited sub-topics within these topics - likewise, you can select up to 3 regions of interest and unlimited countries within these regions:
Your picture appears across the site and makes your profile distinct. We strongly recommend adding an alternate text and title for all images uploaded on Capacity4dev (more on images):
You can also amend your preferences for items linked to your account settings.
