Create a Wiki
WIKI pages are pretty much blank pages that can be used in a variety of ways. You can add up to 5 levels of depth: a main page and up to 4 sub-pages, making it easy to separate information into dedicated sections.
To create a WIKI, follow these quick steps:
- Select your Group's WIKI navigation menu
- If you're adding a page for the first time, select the link to add a new wiki page
- Add a title, body, and thematic tag (mandatory)
- You can also... attach files, indicate a video is availble, allow co-editing to all Group members, edit comment settings and/or authoring information
- Decide if you want to post activity or send a notification.
- You can save your page as draft or publish directly
Detailed Steps
If you have not yet drafted any Wiki pages, select your Group's
WIKI menu (in the left column) and click the link to add a new wiki page
If at least one page has already been created, you can + add a page on the same level, or add a child page (sub-page)
By adding a page on the same level, you will create a page with an identical hierarchy as the one you are currenty viewing. By adding a child page, you will add a page one level below the page you are currently viewing. You can always rearrange the order of pages later.
To create a page, you need to complete a form. Mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk (*). You will need to add a Title [1] and Body (using the editor),

And tag the page with at least a Topic:

Tagging is important to help others find your content. You can also select a date, language, Regions and Countries, and (if available), custom (Group) categories.
You can also... attach files, indicate a video is available by checking this specific checkbox (under the Body textarea):

Moreover, you can allow co-editing to all Group members, manage the comments settings (for the current wiki page) and/or authoring information
Grant editorial permissions
By default, permissions are restricted to owners and administrators. You can keep the default settings or decide to give editorial rights to all Group members for specific pages.
If you would like to open the edition of this page to all Group Members, just check the box Editable by members
![]()
Whenever a content is edited by several members, it can be tricky to know who did what. For this reason, any time a person edits a collaborative page, the creator and any other member that has already edited the page will receive a notification.
