Experience as a manager working both at operational level and in consulting work in complex cross-cultural and very dynamic environments abroad. Currently enjoying employment with Light for the World, a highly professional not-for-profit organization with specific expertise on disability (mainstreaming) in developing countries. In my free time I am involved in HoverAid as a board member and with Innovaid Consultancy for assignments of particular interest linking innovation with aid work. My passion is to make a difference in the life of others. This energizes me to get things done to the best of my ability. Specialties: Consultancy in disability mainstreaming, hands-on operational management, acquisition of institutional funding, contract management, public affairs management, facilitating strategic workshops.
