Third Eastern Partnership Ministerial Meeting on the Digital Economy – Declaration

The Declaration of the Third Eastern Partnership Ministerial Meeting on the Digital Economy, held in Bucharest on 28 February 2019. The European Union, ministers and representatives of the EU Member States and the ministers from the six countries that together make up the Eastern Partnership endorsed a declaration, which commits the six eastern partners to a roadmap on reaching a Regional Roaming Agreement among them by the end of 2020.
