With the support of the UK Department of International Development (DFID) and the EC. The Centre for International Development and Training (CIDT) of the University of Wolverhampton is organising 1 week programme for forest sector educators in Liberia entitled ‘Teaching and Learning for Improved Forest Governance’. The training programme will involve participants from the Forestry Training Institute Liberia, the University of Liberia and training institutions in Liberia.
The aim of the training programme is to explore the implications of the growing prominence of natural resource governance specifically forest governance for curricula and approaches to teaching and learning in Higher Education in Liberia.
