Transboundary Water Conflicts and Cooperation in South Asia
Gauri Noolkar-Oak
Introduction: Gauri is a transboundary water conflicts researcher and has studied river basins in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South Asia. She has worked on river basin planning and water policy projects in public, private and civil society sectors. She is also a co-founder of the Tilak Chronicle, an online opinion and analysis platform.
