I'm geologist and hydrology and environment specialist. I have been working in different areas like environment, water, waste, mining and climate change for a long time. Nowadays, I'm working in the European Commission and I am in charge of two project RALCEA (Latin America Network of knowledge Centres in the Water Sector) and EUROCLIMA programme.
