Public Sector Reform & Decentralisation

Support to public sector reform, decentralisation and local governance includes policy dialogue, capacity development and financial support to promote effectiveness, responsiveness and efficiency of public administration at central and sub-national levels. Themes include: public sector and civil service reform; decentralisation, improved service delivery and local governance.
