REDEinclusão is a Portuguese language network for inclusive education.
REDEinclusão produces a newsletter (a bit like EENET's own newsletter). Their second edition is available online at: http://redeinclusao.web.ua.pt/files/fl_84.pdf
They also have a lot of inclusive education documents in Portuguese on their website: http://redeinclusao.web.ua.pt/index.php/recursos and are always looking for new articles from relevant countries.
