
Daniel Ilunga
I am currently working as IT Business Analyst as part of the Information Services Group (ISG) team at CITI (UK).
I also worked as part of Capacity4dev’s Coordination Team since April 2017, where I initially joined as Junior IT Support Expert for Capacity4dev and later worked as IT Business Analyst in the same team from October 2017 to June 2019.
Capacity4dev is part of the Methodological Knowledge Sharing (MKS) programme, formerly PPCM (Project and Programme Cycle Management). MKS assists the European Commission (EC) in improving the quality of its external assistance by providing EC staff in headquarters and delegations with methodological support, training on operational aspects and innovative capacity development activities, including support to the development and content of the Capacity4dev platform.
My background
Before joining the programme, I worked as a Teaching Assistant, web developer and web administrator at Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR, Pune/India), Student Care Coordinator at Symbiosis International University (SIU) and member of the International Student’s council, Student Coordinator at the University of Pune, IT Technician and IT trainer at the National Independent Electoral Commission (CENI/DRC), IT Consultant for Trade-Mining Logistics (TML- Kinshasa/DRC), and I have also worked as IT Technician at SODIMEL SPRL (Kinshasa/DRC).
I attended a Masters' in Computer Science at the University of Liege (Liege/Belgium), hold a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Application from Symbiosis International University (Pune/India), I am also holder of an Associate degree in Computer Science from the Congo Technology University (UTC/Kinshasa-DRC) and a holder of a PostGraduate Diploma in Theology from the University of Cumbria (UK).
I am fluent in both English and French, but also in Swahili, Lingala and Kiluba (National languages spoken in DRC).
