I work in the field of capacity development for gender mainstreaming in international cooperation, as well as gender equality and non-discrimination in the world of work. Currently I manage learning and advisory activites on gender, diversity and non-discrimination at the International Training Centre of the ILO such as the Gender Academy (http://gender-campus.itcilo.org/academy/), and I am part of the advisory team supporting EU DEVCO for activities related to the EU Gender Action Plan.
