Sultan Riaz Khan
Sultan Riaz Khan is the owner of the ORCA - a land and marine environmental clean-up technology that uses high velocity wind generating speeds up to 180 kph like a tornado, able to lift pollutants that fit inside a 40-48 cm diameter hose 30 m vertically or horizontally in 4 seconds, either on land or water without passing through any machinery. Certified by ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) and Lloyds Register. Built in the US and in Singapore. A demonstration unit exists in the USWC.
The focus of the ORCA is to remove Plastic Pollutants, invasive algae due to rising sea temperatures and excessive use of fertilizers. The ORCA is lightweight and flexible can reach areas where mechanical devises are unable to. The ORCA can operate on a lightweight tracked vehicle for beach cleaning or difficult to reach areas such as embankments.
The ORCA has multiple uses including dealing with oil spills has been sold and used by Singapore Oil Spill Response Centre Pte Ltd: "All the pump types (including DOP 250 screw pumps) very quickly jammed up, having filled themselves with oil which then became virtually solid. The only unit that worked and continued working successfully was our “ORCA” inductor unit – with its very large suction hose diameter and few moving parts..."
Investors should note, Plastic Pollution is a world-wide phenomenon but also the market place for the ORCA. Because the ORCA is able to be used for different clean-up operations, it is a viable and an economical technology to have in one’s environmental clean-up arsenal.
